. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing targeted email campaigns to drive qualified leads and support our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run lead-focused email campaigns
Create engaging content and email sequences (drip/nurture)
Segment email lists and manage databases
Conduct A/B testing to improve open and conversion rates
Track and report key metrics (CTR, open rate, leads generated)
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in email marketing and lead generation
Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Strong written communication and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing funnels
Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets
