Position Overview
We are looking for a
Lead Generation Specialist
who can identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for our digital and IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, experience in outbound and inbound lead generation, and an understanding of how to generate leads from multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B leads through platforms such as
LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms, Apollo, Crunchbase, and email campaigns
.
Conduct
market research
to identify target audiences, industries, and geographies for lead generation.
Maintain and update the
CRM system
with lead information and follow-up status.
Run targeted
email outreach
and LinkedIn campaigns to connect with potential clients.
Qualify leads based on business potential and coordinate with the
Sales / Business Consulting
team for closures.
Collaborate with the
marketing team
to align campaigns and ensure consistent lead flow.
Analyze campaign performance, conversion ratios, and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on
industry trends
, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) as a
Lead Generation Executive / Specialist
in an IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing agency.
Proficiency in
, and similar lead research tools.
Strong knowledge of
email marketing
, CRM systems, and cold outreach strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet targets.
Understanding of
digital marketing services
(SEO, PPC, web/app development) is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with automation tools like
HubSpot, Lemlist, Mailchimp, Instantly, or Woodpecker

Experience with
Google Sheets / Excel
for managing lead databases.
Knowledge of
international lead generation (US, UK, UAE, Europe)
