Lead Generation Executives (Voice Process)

for our campaigns in

Australian Solar, Heat Pump, and Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential Australian customers to generate leads. Promote solar products, heat pumps, and real estate services. Qualify leads based on campaign-specific requirements. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM. Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Provide excellent customer experience and build rapport over the phone.

Requirements:

Experience:

6 months to 2 years in voice-based BPO or lead generation (preferred).

Excellent English communication skills

(Australian process experience is a plus). Ability to work in early morning shifts aligned with Australian time zones. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
