We are seeking a Lead Generation Associate with strong data analysis skills to support our business development initiatives. The role primarily focuses on extracting data of global importers/customers, identifying their contact information, and reaching out through email and digital marketing tools to generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage data tools and marketing strategies to drive effective lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, importers, and distributors worldwide.
Extract and validate contact information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, etc.) of decision-makers.
Utilize online databases, directories, LinkedIn, and trade portals to gather and verify prospect details.
Perform data cleaning, segmentation, and enrichment to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Execute email marketing campaigns and use other digital marketing tools to connect with prospects.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly lead reports and dashboards for management and sales teams.
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and improve targeting.
Track lead conversion metrics, campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for strategy improvement.
