Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive
Lead Generation Intern/Executive
to support our sales and marketing efforts. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating quality leads, and passing them to the sales team for conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
Generate qualified leads for tour packages and visa services.
Maintain and update lead databases (CRM tools).
Assist in running email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Analyze lead generation results and suggest improvements.
For interns: Learn and contribute to digital marketing and sales support tasks.
Requirements
For
Interns
: Freshers with strong interest in sales/marketing, currently pursuing or recently completed graduation.
For
Executives
: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or inside sales.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
