and must have prior experience in outbound lead generation in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify ideal B2B prospects using tools like
, etc.
Build and maintain prospect lists and keep CRM data up-to-date and accurate.
Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to align lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools/techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales (international preferred).
Hands-on experience with tools like
Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM
, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
Target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with email automation tools like Lemlist, Mailshake, or Instantly.
Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks.
Prior experience working with US, UK, or global markets.
