VLCC is seeking a driven and focused

Tele sales Representative

to join our dynamic Wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele sales and confidence in customer interactions. This role involves calling potential customers, introducing products and services, and encouraging purchases.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers to promote wellness-related products and services.

Process sales and complete necessary documentation or contracts.

Clearly explain product and service features to customers.

Upsell and cross-sell additional services tailored to customer needs.

Listen actively and understand customer requirements.

Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-oriented phone manner.

Follow up via email or messages when required.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of tele sales or customer service experience.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve targets.

Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
