is looking for a

proactive and confident female Lead Generation Specialist

to join our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact through

cold calling, social media outreach, and online research

, and helping expand our international client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients via

phone, email, and social media

. Maintain and update

lead records

in CRM systems. Qualify leads based on company criteria and forward them to the

sales team

. Use

LinkedIn, Instagram

, and other platforms to connect with prospects. Meet and exceed

daily and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Basic understanding of

social media and business outreach

Self-motivated

, organized, and target-driven attitude. Prior experience in

cold calling or B2B sales

is an asset (not mandatory).
