We are seeking a dynamic

Lead Generation Specialist

with experience in

B2B sales or corporate outreach

to help us identify and connect with

corporate clients

,

HR departments

,

event managers

, and

procurement heads

who require

trophies, medals, and awards

for events, employee recognition programs, annual functions, and more.

Your main responsibility will be to

generate qualified leads

and

initiate conversations

with decision-makers who are potential buyers of our

custom trophies and awards

.

Key Responsibilities:



Research and identify potential corporate clients across industries. Generate and qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, or databases. Reach out to HR, admin, or purchase departments of companies. Pitch our trophy and awards solutions tailored for employee engagement, corporate events, and brand promotions. Schedule meetings or forward qualified leads to the sales team. Maintain a lead tracker and provide weekly updates.

Ideal Candidate:



Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge or interest in corporate gifting, event management, or promotional products is a plus.
