Taxlegit Consulting Pvt Ltd is hiring a Lead Generation & Social Media Growth Manager responsible for multi-platform content consistency, targeted outreach, community building, email marketing, and ads support.
This is a growth-driven role combining:

The role ensures that Taxlegit maintains strong visibility, steady inbound leads, and consistent brand presence across all platforms and verticals (ICFR, CSR/NGOExperts, Valuation, Aarambh, Invest in India).
Key Responsibilities
1 Lead Generation & Target Group Outreach (Primary)
Identify, segment, and engage with target audiences:
? CFOs, CXOs, Founders
? NGOs, CSR Heads
? Investors & foreign companies
? CA/CS professionals
Use Apollo, Sales Navigator, Evaboot for structured outreach.
Convert social media engagement into warm leads.
Build weekly lead lists + maintain follow-ups through LinkedIn & email.
Track conversations, responses, and lead quality.
2 Multi-Platform Posting & Content Consistency
Maintain daily or scheduled posting across:
? LinkedIn (Founders + Company Pages)
? Instagram (Posts + Reels when applicable)
? YouTube Shorts
? Facebook Pages/Groups
Produce an optimum amount of content every week (not excessive--consistent + strategic).
Convert complex topics (ICFR, Valuation, CSR, compliance) into simple social posts.
Repurpose content across formats: posts, reels, shorts, carousels, insights.
Maintain platform-specific tone and content style.
3 Social Media Growth & Community Management
Grow followers and engagement across all major platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and DMs daily.
Build micro-communities on:
? LinkedIn groups
? WhatsApp groups
? Instagram broadcast channels
Engage with relevant accounts to increase visibility.
Identify trending topics and create timely posts.
4 Email Marketing & Lead Follow-Up
Create drip email campaigns using Mailchimp / Apollo / HubSpot.
Run follow-up sequences for lead nurturing.
Convert email + social interactions into meetings.
Maintain weekly reporting on:
? open rates
? click rates
? replies
? conversions
5 Ads Support (Secondary but Important)
Assist in planning, running, and optimizing basic ads across:
? Meta
? Google
? YouTube
? LinkedIn (optional)
Provide creative hooks, audience suggestions, keyword ideas.
Monitor comments, leads, and performance.
Ensure consistency between organic and paid messaging.
Must-Have Skills
Experience in multi-platform social media management
Strong writing skills (short-form business content)
Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation
Ability to maintain daily consistency
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Apollo, HubSpot)
Understanding of ads basics (audiences, hooks, creatives)
Knowledge of analytics across platforms
Bonus Skills
Canva or design tool knowledge
Familiarity with AI tools for content assistance
Exposure to consulting, finance, or compliance sectors
Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts)
