Ideasaur is a fast-growing branding and digital marketing agency working with clients across branding, digital marketing, social media, and website development.
We're looking to expand our in-house tech team with a Digital Marketing Executive for SEO and PPC (lead generation) who has hands-on expertise in both
SEO, Google My Business and Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads)
, and can independently run high-ROI campaigns, rank websites organically, and generate quality leads on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and Google Ads.
The SEO PPC Executive must be experienced in handling multiple SEO projects for websites across industries, along with running Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads for multiple clients.
Conduct advanced keyword research using SEO tools and AI-based tools and generate a plan of action
Conduct daily On page SEO activities
Perform daily off-page SEO tasks
Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend site architecture improvements
Track keyword rankings, page performance, and domain authority regularly
Use Analytics Tools for analytics and reporting
Building Google My Business profiles for clients
Key responsibilities for Pay-Per-Click (PPC) / Performance Ads:
Setup and run Google Ads campaigns
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for lead generation
Define ad strategy, budgeting, campaign structure, and audience segmentation.
Continuously monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, ROASCreate and manage custom landing pages or funnel-based lead generation flows.
Regular A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and targeting
Optimize for maximum ROI and qualified lead generation
Provide detailed monthly reports and ad insights with improvement action points
Manage and update the excel sheet of leads daily.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
Advanced SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) across businesses
Proficiency in
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and lead generation strategies
Must have worked on Instagram Ads and Google Ads and must be able to demonstrate High ROAS.
Experience with
Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
Expertise in SEO Tools
Landing page optimization & basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Experience with
WordPress, RankMath, Yoast SEO plugin, schema integration
Strong command over English - both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate and discuss strategies with the client.
Strong experience in Google My Business.
Selection Process:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing both SEO & Instagram- Facebook - Google Ads equally well.
Must be strong in both sectors SEO and Lead Generation equally
Must have a
verifiable portfolio
with ranking screenshots, campaign ROIs, and case studies and must be able to explain the work done.
Must have experience in working in a digital marketing agency.
Ability to
execute independently
without external support or supervision
Good communication skills - must work closely with internal teams (web & content)
Must be proactive in
website auditing, SEO planning, and lead funnel design
Must have worked on at least 10 SEO websites of different industries
Must have done Google Ads and Facebook Instagram ads for at least 10 clients.
Must have worked in a digital marketing agency for at least 2 years.
