Job Summary

ACME Designers is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into successful projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the design, architecture, or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation

Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and site visits.

Research potential clients including builders, developers, architects, corporates, and individual clients

Sales & Client Coordination

Understand client requirements and propose suitable design / architectural / construction solutions.

Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Coordinate with design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines

Business Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and consultants

Identify new markets, opportunities, and strategic partnerships

Track market trends and competitor activities

Reporting & Targets

Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and revenue
Support management with insights for improving sales strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field

2-3 years of experience in sales / lead generation (design or construction industry preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to understand technical design concepts and client requirements

Self-motivated with strong follow-up and closing skills

Preferred Skills

Experience selling architecture, interior design, or construction services

Knowledge of real estate and construction sales cycles

Familiarity with digital lead generation tools and platforms

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of qualified leads generated

Lead-to-conversion ratio

Revenue achieved vs targets

Client follow-up and closure timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,274.24 - ₹40,975.52 per month

Work Location: In person
