1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, channel partners, site walk-ins, and online platforms.
Maintain and update the CRM with daily lead activities.
2. Client Handling
Contact potential buyers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable property options.
Conduct site visits, project presentations, and explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents.
Give professional guidance to customers regarding buying decisions.
3. Sales Closure
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals.
Follow up with clients until booking and agreement formalities are completed.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per milestones.
4. Documentation & Coordination
Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth documentation and customer handover.
Maintain updated knowledge of RERA rules, property documents, and project specifications.
5. Market Research
Track competitor projects, pricing, and market demand.
Identify new sales opportunities and suggest marketing strategies.
6. Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly/quarterly booking targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on pipeline and conversions.
