Role Overview:

We are hiring a proactive

Lead Generation / Presales Executive

to support our real estate sales team. The role focuses mainly on

client calling, lead generation, and scheduling site visits

for our project. Ideal for candidates who are confident on calls, organized, and eager to grow within real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the CRM database. Generate interest in the project and qualify leads based on their requirements. Explain basic project details, location highlights, and property features to clients. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the on-site sales team. Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system accurately. Follow up consistently with warm leads to convert them into site visits. Assist in creating a strong pipeline of potential buyers. Coordinate with Sales Managers for lead handover and tracking conversion status.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in

lead generation, telecalling, presales, or real estate sales

. Strong communication skills with confidence in phone interactions. Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client requirements. Must reside near

Wanowrie / Vikas Nagar

or nearby areas (preferred). Basic understanding of real estate (training will be provided). Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven. Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining data accuracy.
