We're growing fast and looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual to help fuel our sales pipeline through strategic outreach and data-driven research.
Role Overview
We're seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Coordinator to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, extracting accurate contact data, and executing cold email outreach campaigns to generate interest and initiate conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target companies and decision-makers (e.g., estimators, project managers, GCs, subcontractors, etc.)
Extract and compile contact data (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) using tools like Google searches, LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.
Write, personalize, and send cold emails using Zoho.
Track and monitor campaign performance, including open rates, responses, and conversions
Manage CRM updates and maintain accurate lead databases
Follow up with warm leads to qualify them for meetings
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with cold email campaigns or lead generation
Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and scraping tools
Familiarity with CRMs is a plus
Excellent written English with a knack for crafting concise, persuasive emails
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
Bonus: Background or understanding of construction or AEC industry
