About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our dinnerware sales across the United States. This role focuses on identifying potential clients (restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups), compiling their contact information, and initiating first-contact outreach. You will play a critical part in filling our sales pipeline, ensuring our sales team can focus on relationship building and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Research and identify decision-makers and points of contact within restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the U.S.
Collect, verify, and organize lead information (name, role, company, email, phone, location, etc.) in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the lead database.
Send the first outreach email (using a pre-approved template) to introduce our brand and products.
Track and document outreach activity to ensure no lead is duplicated or missed.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for follow-up and closing.
Provide weekly reports on progress, outreach, and lead quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development (hospitality industry experience preferred).
Strong online research skills (LinkedIn, restaurant/hotel directories, industry associations, etc.).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and organization.
Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach emails.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
