Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify target markets and key decision-makers through research, networking, and digital tools.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM, and marketing automation to generate and nurture leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract and engage potential clients.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance using analytics tools.
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support conversion.
Explore partnerships, events, and industry forums to maximize outreach.
Continuously refine processes to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT/Software services.
Knowledge of CRM tools will be an add-on
Proficiency in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and digital prospecting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage and mentor a small team of lead generation executives.
