Chai Waale is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our franchise expansion and business development efforts. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through research and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and data mining to identify prospective franchise partners and business clients.
Utilise a suite of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, and Skrapp.io, among others, for targeted lead generation and data enrichment across various platforms.
Qualify leads based on business criteria and hand them over to the Business Development team for closure.
Maintain accurate lead records and campaign reports.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align with brand objectives and expansion targets.
Required Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the B2B, franchise, or QSR sectors.
Expertise in utilizing CRM software and automated lead generation tools.
Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of independent execution.
Passionate about contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling food & beverage brand.
