Role Overview:
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and qualifying student leads across multiple platforms. This role is fully performance-based, giving you unlimited earning potential based on the quality and consistency of your leads.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate verified, accurate, high-quality leads relevant to Bleep's training & internship programs.
2. Source leads from social media, communities, forums, and college networks.
3. Maintain structured lead sheets and track daily performance.
4. Ensure leads are genuine, active, and aligned with our target audience.
5. Share leads with the sales team and follow up for status.
6. Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in EdTech lead generation (at least one year of experience required).
2. Strong research skills & understanding of college/student audiences.
3. Ability to work independently with consistency.
4. Basic knowledge of CRM or Google Sheets is a plus.
5. Good communication skills.
6. High accountability and result-driven mindset.
Compensation (Commission-based):
1. ?3 per valid lead
2. ?150 per qualified, valid conversation (approved by the Sales Team)
3. No fixed salary. Your earnings depend purely on your performance.
