Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline for our IT services. This role requires strong research skills, communication abilities, and a solid understanding of how to attract the right prospects in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential clients in IT, SaaS, startups, and enterprise segments.
Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, CRM tools, and online platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Track and manage leads using CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn messages, nurturing workflows).
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to improve lead quality.
Optimize lead generation channels and suggest new strategies for better conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in IT).
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or other prospecting tools.
Excellent communication and research skills.
Ability to understand IT services such as web development, app development, digital marketing, cloud, SaaS, or custom software.
Experience with email outreach tools (Mailchimp, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B tech sales or IT services lead generation.
Understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM reporting, and dashboards.
Ability to create lead lists, market segments, and targeted campaigns.
