We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Salesperson to join our sales team. The primary focus of this role will be to identify and generate high-quality leads that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships to ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients. This role is crucial for building the foundation of the sales process and driving revenue through proactive lead generation.
Prior experience in FMCG products is must.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification
: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine fit for the business and sales team.
Lead Nurturing
: Build and maintain relationships with potential leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
Research
: Stay informed about potential prospects, industries, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to ensure that qualified leads are handed over smoothly for follow-up and closing.
Data Entry & CRM Management
: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage the sales pipeline.
Reporting
: Provide regular updates on lead generation progress, including conversion rates, metrics, and performance against targets.
Market Analysis
: Analyze competitors and customer feedback to identify potential new markets and business opportunities.
Maintain a Target-Driven Approach
: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications
:
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or business development (B2B or B2C, depending on the industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to reaching out to new prospects.
Ability to research and identify key decision-makers and pain points in target organizations.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) to track leads and sales activities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of digital sales tools, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), to generate leads.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a drive to succeed.
