Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
lead generation strategies
to support sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of lead generation executives.
Identify new business opportunities through
market research, campaigns, and digital channels

Optimize lead generation processes via
email campaigns, social media, SEO, paid ads, and cold outreach

Collaborate with the
sales and marketing teams
to ensure smooth lead handover.
Track, analyze, and report
lead generation metrics and conversion rates

Manage
CRM tools
to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead data.
Test new channels, tools, and approaches to improve lead quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Stay up to date with
industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
.
4-7 years of experience in
lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation
.
Proven track record of
managing a lead generation team
and achieving targets.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing, CRM systems, and B2B/B2C sales cycles
