Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and generate leads across various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and industry databases.
Maintain and update CRM records for all leads and outreach activities.
Support marketing campaigns by identifying target audiences and providing actionable insights.
Assist in designing lead nurturing workflows and email sequences.
Track and analyze lead metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting lead quality, engagement, and progress.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good research and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of digital marketing (email campaigns, Canva, SEO) is advantageous.
Preferred:
Exposure to B2B or B2C lead generation processes.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Comfortable with data-driven insights and reporting.
