Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through various online channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, etc.)
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/calls for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead database with accurate client information
Build strong communication with prospects to understand their project needs / budgets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-7 years of proven experience in lead generation within IT services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of IT services and software sales.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online research methods.
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
