We're looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to scale student acquisition for our EdTech platform through Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
Manage monthly ad budgets (?5-10 lakhs+) and optimize for maximum ROAS
A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to reduce CPL
Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversions
Required Skills
3-5+ years
of experience in performance marketing and lead generation
Expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proven track record of managing ?5 lakh+ monthly ad spend
Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking)
Experience in
EdTech/E-learning sector preferred
Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint (preferred)
