Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Lead Generation Executive
who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to conduct market research, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads through calls, emails, social media, and other lead-generation channels.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
Qualify leads based on defined parameters and hand them over to the sales team.
Schedule meetings, demos, or calls with potential clients.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research platforms.
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in B2B lead generation.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
Understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation.
