Identify and research potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, websites, events, etc.)
Generate leads via outbound methods such as cold emails, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and campaigns
Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria (ICP, BANT, etc.)
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality
Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics
Build and manage prospect lists and pipelines
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
