in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.

Salary Range:



?20,000 - ?25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:



Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry directories. Generate quality leads via

cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.

Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and business needs. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demos, or meetings. Maintain and update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate lead information and daily activity reports. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market behavior.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in any field (preferred). Strong verbal and written

communication skills

. Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and build rapport with prospects. Familiarity with tools like

MS Excel, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools

, etc. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
