Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Reach out to potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or social media
Explain FlexiLoan's loan offerings and eligibility criteria
Identify and qualify leads based on business needs
Schedule follow-ups and maintain lead database
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead targets
Document Collection & Submission:
Guide customers through the list of required documents for loan processing
Collect KYC, bank statements, financials, and other supporting documents
Verify and upload customer documents securely on the
FlexiLoan portal
Ensure accuracy and completeness of each application before submission
Coordinate with the credit/sales team for smooth application processing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of loans, financial documents, and KYC process
Comfortable using web portals, and basic Excel
Target-driven, organized, and customer-focused
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience in BFSI / telecalling / loan processing is a plus
