Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Lead Generator to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, as well as converting potential clients into customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and sales, with strong prospecting, client engagement, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
Maintain and update the lead database in CRM tools.
Build strong relationships with potential clients to increase conversion rates.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Track and report lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
Train and guide juniors on lead generation, sales process, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-3 years of experience in lead generation and sales (B2B/B2C).
Proven track record in sales conversion, business development, and client acquisition.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation software, and digital outreach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
