Key Responsibilities
Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM / Excel).
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and share qualified leads.
Understand company products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Support marketing activities, campaigns, and follow-up processes.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation performance.
Meet assigned targets and timelines for lead generation activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Sc / B.Com graduates (Freshers preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Internet Research).
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn sales and marketing processes in the construction/materials industry.
