A Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers for a company's products or services to build a sales pipeline and drive business growth. Key duties include generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling, emails, and research; maintaining CRM systems with accurate prospect data; scheduling appointments for the sales team; and collaborating on strategies to target key accounts. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
