We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching target markets, initiating outreach through various channels, and generating high-quality leads that support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and goals.
Analyze and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
Continuously improve lead generation processes through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent research and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-driven.
Familiarity with digital marketing, email automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B or SaaS lead generation.
Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing workflows.
Knowledge of industry-specific tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.).
