Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online marketing.
? Research and connect with students, scholars, and academic institutions to understand their project needs.
? Build and maintain a strong database of potential leads.
? Reach out to students and Ph.D. scholars via phone, email, and social platforms to introduce our services.
? Educate prospects on the benefits of our academic assistance for final-year projects.
? Handle queries and provide guidance on project selection, research methodology, and documentation support.
? Convert potential leads into active customers by effectively explaining our services.
? Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
? Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
? Stay updated on industry trends, academic requirements, and competitor offerings.
? Develop innovative strategies to enhance lead generation and engagement.
? Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred: Marketing, Business, or Education-related fields) 1-3 years in lead generation, or a similar role in EdTech, education services, or academic research support.
? Strong verbal and written communication in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
? Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, social media platforms, and lead-generation software.
? Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
? Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets
