Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, building qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth targets across the assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in target markets (infrastructure, construction, industrial, etc.).
Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online/offline channels.
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and aligning with company offerings.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with potential clients.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance lead flow.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups and conversions.
Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation metrics and outcomes.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive brand image during all client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead platforms (LinkedIn, Justdial, etc.).
Strong research and data management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
