Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective clients in aerospace, aviation, defense, UAV, and related industries
Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online research
Connect with decision-makers such as procurement heads, engineers, and project managers
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on business and technical needs
Maintain accurate lead data and activities in CRM tools
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for lead handover and follow-ups
Track lead generation performance and submit regular reports
Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and exhibitions when required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized
