Role Overview
This position involves researching potential business leads, collecting verified data, organizing it systematically, and supporting email outreach workflows. The right candidate must be analytical, disciplined, and comfortable learning modern digital research and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify target companies and decision-makers
Use email discovery tools (training provided) such as Hunter.io, Snov.io, Apollo, etc.
Build structured and accurate lead databases using Google Sheets or CRM tools
Support email outreach and follow-up sequences
Update daily progress reports and work logs
Maintain quality, confidentiality, and accuracy in all assigned tasks
Participate in weekly review calls and performance assessments
Work Schedule
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (IST)
Monday to Saturday
Daily Task Tracker submission is mandatory
Monitoring & Compliance
Since this is a remote role:
Employee monitoring & productivity tracking software will be used. Apply only if comfortable with this requirement.
Requirements
Male candidate with Any qualification
Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
Good written English
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to follow structured workflows and research patterns
Must have a laptop and stable internet connection
