Lead Generation Executive (Field Sales)

Puri (Field work in Puri )

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience)

Probation:

6 Months No PF & ESI during probation Full salary is take-home

Travel Allowance:

?2 per KM

Incentive:

Not fixed Incentive only if candidate independently closes a deal (optional)

Job Responsibilities

Visit assigned areas to find potential customers Generate leads Meet: Builders Contractors Architects Housing Societies Commercial & Industrial Clients Identify upcoming elevator & generator requirements Collect and share accurate lead details with the internal sales/closure team Track construction projects and competitor activities Submit daily/weekly field visit and lead reports

Skills Required

Field sales / lead generation experience Good communication skills Willingness to travel extensively Self-motivated and disciplined Basic knowledge of elevators, generators, or construction market preferred

Job Role Focus

Only Lead Generation

No sales target or deal closure responsibility
