Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new leads through research, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns
Manage and update CRM with accurate lead data and interaction records
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
Create reports on lead-generation performance metrics and suggest optimizations
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and outreach tools (Email automation, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong research, analytical, organizational, and target-driven capabilities
Skilled at identifying high-potential prospects and building relationships
Effective with cold outreach via email, and social media
Ability to analyze and improve campaign performance
Collaborative mindset to partner with sales and marketing teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
