Key Responsibilities:



Generate potential client leads through cold calling, online research, social media platforms and referrals. Reach out to prospects and explain Lakshmishree's investment products and services, including Demat Accounts, Trading, Mutual Funds and Insurance. Identify and qualify leads based on interest level, investment potential and suitability. Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system. Schedule meetings, appointments, or follow-ups for the sales or relationship management team. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads into active clients. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Uphold professionalism while adhering to company policies, processes and SEBI compliance guidelines. Share insights and feedback on lead quality, client responses, and market trends to help refine lead generation strategies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
