Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Create and manage online lead-generation campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital channels to attract potential buyers.
Use well-researched keywords and targeted audience settings to optimize campaign performance and generate high-quality inquiries.
Perform lead qualification based on interest level, budget, and project suitability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information within the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and improved conversion rates.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance metrics.
Support marketing initiatives by providing insights on lead behavior and customer trends.
Meet defined targets while ensuring lead quality standards are consistently maintained.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory: Prior experience working in a real estate firm.
Strong hands-on experience with Instagram and Google Ads lead campaigns preferred.
Strong understanding of real estate lead funnels, customer requirements, and project categories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills with a target-driven and proactive approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience with online real estate platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
Familiarity with RERA norms and common real estate terminology.
Exposure to digital marketing and paid advertising strategies.
Understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization.
