The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, creating qualified leads, maintaining the lead database, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong communication skills, research ability, and proactive outreach to new prospects.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Prospecting & Data Research
Identify potential customers through online research, LinkedIn, directories, industry forums, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong database of qualified prospects from manufacturing, tooling, prototyping, and molding industries.
Analyse customer profiles and target segments.
B. Outreach & Lead Qualification
Call, email, and message prospects to understand their requirements (tooling, prototyping, machining, injection molding, etc.).
Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, application, and project type.
Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the Sales Manager/Director.
C. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Prepare weekly lead generation and conversion reports.
Update lead status regularly and coordinate with the sales team.
D. Marketing Support
Assist in promotional activities, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Share quotes, brochures, and capability details with prospects.
Help in nurturing cold and warm leads.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
Strong research and data collection ability.
Good understanding of manufacturing domain (required).
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle objections and build customer relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude.
4. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Mech Engineering.
1-3 years experience in lead generation or telecalling (manufacturing/industrial domain preferred).
