Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the
B2B segment
.
Reach out to prospects via
cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
to generate interest and schedule appointments.
Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's products/services.
Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly
lead generation and appointment targets
.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Track and report outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years
of experience as an Appointment Generation Executive or Business Development Executive in
B2B Sales / Lead Generation
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe/Middle East) preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
