Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation and Data Management



Conduct online research to identify and gather contact information for potential leads using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Google Maps, and other relevant sources. Compile and organize lead data in a structured format for use in marketing activities. Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date contact information in our database. Learn to use data enrichment tools to enhance lead profiles with relevant information.

Digital Marketing Support



Assist in preparing data for marketing campaigns, including ads and cold outreach efforts. Support the marketing team in various digital marketing activities, including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads) Cold outreach initiatives (e.g., cold DMs) Help with basic tasks related to the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies. Assist in optimising content for search engines and social media platforms under guidance. Help in managing and engaging with the company's social media presence.

Reporting and Analysis



Help generate regular reports on lead generation progress and data quality. Assist in basic monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand target audience criteria.

Continuous Learning



Stay curious about new research tools and techniques in digital marketing and lead generation. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications



Strong computer skills and willingness to learn various online research tools. Excellent attention to detail and data management skills. Basic understanding of or strong interest in digital marketing concepts and platforms. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not required
