We are looking for a

Lead Generation Executive

with hands-on experience in

email campaigns

to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads for services such as

This role demands an individual with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to create and manage targeted campaigns for maximum outreach and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Campaign Execution



Strategically plan and execute LinkedIn and email campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads. Identify key decision-makers using tools like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

and engage them with personalized messaging. Create lead lists and maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent outreach.

Email Marketing



Build, execute, and optimize result-oriented email campaigns targeting specific client segments. Manage contact databases and mailing lists; track open rates, CTRs, and conversions. Use automation tools for drip campaigns and lead nurturing.

LinkedIn Marketing



Set up and manage professional LinkedIn profiles and company pages for maximum visibility. Run outreach and connection campaigns aligned with sales objectives. Craft compelling InMail and message sequences tailored to targeted personas.

Analytics & Optimization



Monitor performance of LinkedIn and email campaigns using analytics tools. Analyze campaign data, derive insights, and continuously optimize for better ROI. Report on KPIs, campaign ROI, and pipeline performance.

Optional / Nice to Have



Experience running

paid campaigns

(LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). Familiarity with

marketing automation

and

CRM tools

such as

HubSpot

,

Salesforce

, or

Zoho

. Exposure to other digital marketing activities including content marketing, SEO, and webinars.

Requirements:



2-5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation via LinkedIn and email marketing. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft effective messaging and subject lines. Proficiency in

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

,

email campaign tools

(e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Lemlist), and CRM systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinker who is self-motivated and results-oriented. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
