We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented
Lead Generation Executive
to identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through online research, networking, and outbound communication. The ideal candidate should be able to generate quality leads that convert into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
Qualify leads by assessing their requirements and budget.
Maintain and update lead database in CRM software.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
