We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Lead Generation Executive
to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating quality leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and eager to start or grow their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Maintain and update the lead database regularly
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients on behalf of the sales team
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
Maintain records of interactions and pipeline status using CRM tools
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and follow-up targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field)
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Prior experience in B2B/B2C lead generation
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
Understanding of basic sales funnel and conversion concepts
Preferred Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
