About Position:



We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in lead generation. The primary objective of this role would be to generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Main Responsibilities



List Building:
- Research and identify potential customers (prospects) using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other databases.

- Build lists based on Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Personas.

Outbound Prospecting:
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company's products or services.

- Craft relevant messages to engage prospects.

Lead Qualification:
- Use frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to assess lead quality.

- Determine if prospects meet the criteria to become a sales-qualified lead (SQL).

Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.

CRM Management:
- Accurately log and track all prospect interactions in the CRM.

- Maintain up-to-date records of lead status and communication history.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up.

Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to better tailor outreach efforts.

Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.

- Track and report to the Pre-Sales Team Lead on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, email response rates, and conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
