Job responsibilities:-
Generate potential leads for insurance products
Explain basic insurance product details and benefits to interested customers.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/software regularly.
Follow up with prospects who showed interest but haven't made a decision yet.
Handle customer queries related to insurance policies at a basic level.
