Role Overview



We are looking for a

Lead Generation Executive

with hands-on experience in digital marketing and outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads for IT services using platforms such as Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, and email marketing. You should have a strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and be confident in targeting international clients.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through:

PPC/Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads

SEO (On-page & Off-page)

Cold Email Campaigns

LinkedIn outreach & automation tools

Research and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in international markets (primarily USA, IndiaUK, UAE) Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Manage and grow prospect databases using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc. Track performance metrics (CTR, open rates, CPL) and optimize campaigns for better ROI Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign messaging, creatives, and landing pages Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in lead generation and IT marketing

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or equivalent 0-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services or digital agencies Strong knowledge of: Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.) CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) Strong written English and communication skills Experience in targeting USA/UK-based companies will be an advantage

Nice to Have



Experience working in an IT company or software development agency Knowledge of basic IT terminologies, web and app development lifecycle Ability to manage outreach tools and automation platforms
